I’m an avid runner and cyclist—I love being outside. Being active and exercising outdoors energize me. As a certified running coach, it’s my mission to share my passion and love for health and fitness to inspire people to be active.

I’ve not always been active. When I was a child, I tried so many sports and activities but always gave up after a few sessions. My running journey started in 2009, when I moved to NYC. Everything started at Central Park. Fascinated by this beautiful park I began walking without a destination. Slowly a walk became a run, and from there my journey started. Initially, I was barely able to complete a loop around the Reservoir—a loop of 1.58 miles around the lake. It was my motivation that pushed me to keep going. Determination and patience helped me to complete my first 5k, then 10k, then half-marathon and full marathon.

With a personal story of transformation and a passion for outdoor activities, I’m ready to help you achieve your potential. I know how hard it can be because I have been there. Running is a journey, and for this reason, I want to inspire and motivate other people to achieve their personal fitness goals and succeed in their own running journey. Get ready to lace up your running shoes and discover the joy of running!

I offer 1-on-1 running coaching sessions and running training plans for runners of all fitness levels.

Flexibility is a key factor. I work with a wide range of clients with different goals and levels. I adapt my approach to each individual and all programs are customized based on the client's needs.
