Runners of all levels can benefit from the knowledge and guidance of a coach. Hiring a running coach can be an investment, but it is valuable in terms of performance results and physical health.

As a running coach, I’m committed to build my clients’ foundation and help them run healthy, avoid overtraining and reduce the risk of injuries. Running doesn’t hurt your body, it’s the way you run that causes problems.

My training programs include running form, flexibility and mobility and strength training. It’s the combination of all these factors that make you a faster and more comfortable runner.

I’m a runner myself, so preventing runner mistakes and injuries have become my top priorities and my focus on my running coaching and training programs.

Structuring your feet and taking care of them is the starting point for setting up your run correctly. A strong and well structured foot helps to avoid many of the injuries to which runners are subject.

Keeping your joints healthy and active with targeted exercises that improve mobility is essential for gaining greater flexibility and reducing the risk of injury.

Strengthening the body for running means choosing the correct exercises that work on the muscular structures functional to this specific activity.
